Professional Performing Career

Alongside his extensive teaching career, Carlos Sheppard is an accomplished professional guitarist with many years of international performance experience, specialising in Spanish guitar, Gipsy Rumba and Latin music.

Carlos performs with Bamboleo Band, an internationally established eight-piece Gipsy Kings and Latin Fiesta show, delivering the unmistakable energy, passion and rhythms of the Gipsy Kings alongside a vibrant selection of popular Latin hits.

Featuring Nino de Carmargue, a French Gipsy singer from the Camargue region of southern France, Bamboleo brings an authentic Mediterranean sound and an exciting live performance to audiences worldwide.

The band has performed internationally at prestigious venues, private events and festivals, as well as aboard some of the world's leading cruise lines, including:

Cunard
Royal Caribbean
Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL)

Bamboleo's dynamic performances combine powerful vocals, intricate Spanish guitar arrangements and infectious Latin rhythms, creating an unforgettable live music experience.
